The foundation of Piezon's is our homemade dough. Our dough is made daily and allowed time to proof to ensure the highest quality. When it is ready we hand stretch it to form a thin, New York style crust in 18", 16", or 12" sizes for you.
We have partnered with Rotella's Italian Bakery to provide our customers with the best Gluten Free option on the market. However, this is not a Celiac compliant option due to the use of flour in our other products.
Sauce is often overlooked at most pizza places, but at Piezon’s it is prepared to the highest level of taste. A wonderful blend of basil, oregano, garlic salt, and our secret ingredient, give your order that little extra compliment that brings everything together.
All of our premium meats are carefully seasoned with our special recipes allowing us to provide our customers the distinct flavor combinations that set Piezon’s apart from the rest.
Our part skim cheese provides a wonderful balance to your meal. Fantastically complimenting the dough, sauce, and toppings of your choice.
All of these wonderful ingredients meet the heat in our Blodgett 1060 deck stone ovens. In our honest opinion this is the only way pizza should be prepared. They provide the right amount of heat to melt the delicious cheese, warm the wonderful toppings, and put a slight crisp on the fantastic crust.
